Your own business

Trading is thought of by most people as something only people in suits on Wall Street take seriously. The truth is there are thousands of people all over the world that are able to make a living doing nothing but trading the markets. Trading for a living is no different than running any other personal business but there are many advantages to trading that most people never think about.

When you trade for a living there is no building to buy, no inventory to own, no employees to pay, no customers to deal with, no advertising to pay for, no long hours to work and nobody walking through your door asking for money or trying to sell you something. If you're into real estate there is no property to buy, no tenants to deal with, no maintenance, and no hassles trying to find someone responsible to rent from you if the property is vacant. Here's the worst part. If things don't go well for you or you decide you want to get out of those businesses you have to find a buyer for your building, inventory, property, or land and that may take months or even years depending on the current market conditions.

Trading only requires that you have a computer, an Internet connection, and some money in a trading account so it takes very little capital to get started and there's little to no overhead. Trading allows you to control where your investments are going and you can make money when the market goes up or down. As the owner of the business you take responsibility for any losses but you also get to keep all of the profits. The Internet allows you the freedom to trade from anywhere at any time. You can trade while you're on the beach with a laptop or check your positions from a hotel lobby while on vacation but the biggest advantage of trading lies in the fact that if you're not happy with your trade or you want to get out all you have to do is click the 'sell' button and you're back to cash.

Sounds great! Why isn't everyone doing it?

Trading offers some great advantages but, as with any business, it takes work. Trading is a business just like any other and it needs to be treated as such. Commitment, self discipline, and above all, the right education is absolutely necessary if you want to make trading a full time job. It is almost impossible to succeed in the markets without the proper education and that's where my services come into play. No one starts a car repair business without a solid understanding of how automobiles work and you're setting yourself up for disappointment if you think you can trade the markets without a solid understanding of what to look for and how to properly trade. If you're passionate about trading and want the freedoms that come with it contact me and let's talk about your possible future as a trader.
